Celebrate the end of summer, and the upcoming 2024 harvest with us with an extraordinary five course wine pairing dinner in the redwood grove, with honorable Chef Diego from Colectivo Felix.  This annual dinner has become well known in the mountains, and you’ll quickly see why! This will be a very special evening: wine and hors d’oeuvres in our vineyard, followed by an evening stroll through the vines to arrive at dinner being prepared for you in The Redwood Grove.  We’ll then settle in for the evening, surrounded by majestic nature and ancient redwoods.

 

Chef Diego will be cooking a menu inspired by the essence of Summit Mountains and the Monterey Bay, rooted in Latin American culture.  Every course will be cooked on an open fire utilizing the hot embers or a grill, using unconventional local ingredients, celebrating edible biodiversity.  Each course will be expertly paired with a selection of Wrights Station wines.  The Chef’s menu will be posted in July.
